When will we be able to see plesk working with Postfix?

i believe never.... i dont believe that swsoft will ever use postfix, i dont know why bu last 2 years i only read rumours about postfix but truth is nothing happens

Hi,

We solved the problem in a creative way.

We have a postfix server with mysql support for management
and we are programming a module to connect our plesk servers
directly to the postfix server... after that the mail icon
of postfix will be disabled and all our plesk servers will
manage the accounts directly on our central postfix mail server.

Neat and easy.

You can use exim which is more flexible and programmable than postfix in front of qmail in plesk.

actually we are implementing an infrastructure similar to yours, this is the only solution for us.

Plesk will keep losing market because of not switching to postfix

They already promised Postfix for Plesk 8.2, so who knows if it's gonna happen for 9.0, who knows if it's ever gonna happen!
