Hello,
I want to know what version of Pleask for dedicated server and extensions and their price for a french subscriber I need to exploit a PostgreSQL with PostGIS database for one of my website. I want to be able to manage this database in the GUI of Plesk.

I am not of I understand what you're asking exactly. If you want to know what the Plesk licence price is for use on a dedicated server you can look at the Plesk pricing page here. PostgreSQL support is available for the Plesk Web Pro and Plesk Web Host editions. PostGIS has to be installed manually.

OK I ask for the extra packs needed, I think we need at minima Developer pack

The Plesk Developer pack extension is only needed if want to work with PostgreSQL in case you're using a Plesk with the Web Admin edition. On all other Plesk licence editions (Plesk Web Pro and Plesk Web Host) PostgreSQL management is included.
