[PPP-17449] Custom logo not loading at login screen in 12.5

We tried various image formats, PNG-8, PNG-24, JPG, GIF
The image loads fine in the top navigation bar once logged in

It was working fine in 12.1.x

Could you please describe in detail how you have tried to change this logo?

Hi Igor,

- pulled down the stock logo in its PNG format
- opened in up in Photoshop, in RGB mode
- overlaid our branded logo
- saved out as PNG-8 and PNG-24, tried both

Do you have a suggestion on what else I could try?

Sorry, but I would like to know how you install this logo in Plesk?

- Server Management > Tools & Settings > Logo File, Browse...
- choose logo
- click OK

Unless I'm missing something glaringly obvious, it's not an overly convoluted process.
Hence, why I'm scratching my head.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We confirm that it's bug in Plesk 12.5. Id of the bug in our tracking system is PPP-17449.

I hope the fix will be delivered in MU#2 or MU#3.
