  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved [PPS-7541] I can't login to Plesk panel

ryuseei

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Windows
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.47
I have the same issue.

First tried via the web interface - the login screen appears, I login and then it redirects to Google Authenticator for a moment, and then back to:

I installed the license via the command line:

plesk bin license --install xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

and it said it was installed, but I still cannot login.

It redirects to

and then back to

and I'm stuck, cannot login, cannot disable Google Authenticator either...

So the installer says the license was installed, but then tries Google Authenticator but that doesn't work (maybe because it thinks there's no valid license?) and I cannot login to install the license via the web interface either.

OK, I fixed it.

On this page:

plesk bin extension --disable google-authenticator

Then I was able to login and install the license key via the web interface.

Plesk, if you're reading this, either fix Google Authenticator to work when the license is expired (preferred) or bypass it, so we can enter a new license.

I submitted a support request to Plesk and hours have gone by with no reply...
