PPWSE "cannot connect" error

Just set a user up with PPWSE on their account, but for some reason, everytime I (or they) try to log into PPWSE, it loads the screen with no info in it, and says "cannot connect" at the bottom. I'm quite sure they have the FTP information correct, as I've changed it myself. Anyone have an ideas?
