Resolved Prestashop application install fail

Hi,

We try to install for new customer Prestashop 1.7.0.4 through Plesk but installation stuck on 96% and fail.

We tried this:

Also we disabled Selinux, increased PHP memory limit but nothing helped.

Any idea what could be wrong or is it bug in Plesk?

Try to run

# plesk bin aps --clear-cache

before aps installation and try again.

I have a similar issue but when I run the command to clear the cache I receive the following error message:

ERR [panel] Can not remove package from APS controller: ODBC error #HY000: [MySQL][ODBC 5.2(w) Driver][mysqld-5.5.52-MariaDB]Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`apsc`.`aps_application`, CONSTRAINT `FK_aps_application_aps_package` FOREIGN KEY (`package_id`) REFERENCES `aps_package` (`id`))

I have also tried to install prestashop 1.7 with the "standard" procedure, by creating the database beforehand, uploading the installer into the destination folder and launching the Prestashop install wizard but I receive a different erro message saying some tables cannot be created (I have already checked that the DB user I created has all necessary permissions).

Does anybody have any suggestion, please?

If you cannot delete entry with this error, try to run following SQL command

MariaDB [psa]l> SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0;

Then repeat your action and if it will be completed correctly, run

MariaDB [psa]l> SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 1;
