Issue prestashop

Good morning everyone, we are using Plesk for the first time, used Directadmin for this, we can't get Prestashop 8.2 installed, we have tried it via plesk backend and also via ftp "filezila" we do not get into the install environment of prestashop we get the message php.ini not installed. Does anyone know what we are doing wrong, We have never had such problems with Directadmin, perhaps we are missing something that we have to do first or later if you use Plesk. Maybe also useful to know we host at Strato hosting, this environment is also new to us.

What steps are you following? If you're doing it manually, try using Softaculous. You can get it from the extensions catalog and use it to install Prestashop.
