• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Prevent access to Service Plans by resellers

New Pleskian
Hi,

We are using v12.5.30 Web Host edition and have setup a reseller service plan and a new reseller to test it. Is there any way to prevent a reseller from creating and editing Service plans? We want to assign plans which they can use and not allow them to create their own or edit the ones assigned to them.

Thanks!

As the possible solution, you can switch reseller's interface to PowerUser mode.

Hi, thanks for the info. Can this be set per reseller or is this site wide? We need the reseller features as the admin but want to limit what resellers can do in terms of Service Plans.

Hi, thanks for the update. We can't seem to find where to set this per reseller, could you explain where we set this?

Thanks.
