• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Prevent autoresponder on forwarded mails

Achille @ Roundbox

New Pleskian
Hello,
I have a domain with few email addresses (info e.g.) whose messages are forwarded to a list of mail addresses on the same domain. All these emails addresses have a mailbox.
If I set up the autoresponder on the email addresses, the autoresponder is triggered on each forwarded email address. So if I write to [email protected], I receive the autoreply from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] because they have the autoresponder.

Is there a way to prevent this behaviour? I don't want the autoresponder to be triggered on forwarded mail.

Thanks for your help.

P.S.: my server is running Plesk v12.5.30 on CentOS 6.6, with Postfix.
