Within the control panel for the user when you click on FP Admin is prompts for a username and password however the clients details do not work.
the admin account for Plesk doesn't even work.
Only the Windows Administrator account will allow access and even so, once inside, while everything looks OK, things aren't right:

Accounts used:
These are blank
And when I try to add a new user, it does nothing.
