  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi
I have get A hosting plan froma provider .
I have get JSP host based on tomcat , windows and they have plesk 7.5.4
I add a web application by using Tomcat manager of the plesk. (upload war file)
problem is that i want to have access over my web application folder by using ftp ?
how i can have access ?
is it possible to gain access or provider should add my web application folder to my ftp access.
if provider should provide access , then where phisically my folder is located ?

Hi,

It's impossible, your .war files placed in Plesk working dir, guess you'll can't get access to it, sorry.

thanks
:OIt will bring very bad work loaad over me and development team .
we assume that some part of the resource file will be uploaded using FTP,
where located the plesk working dir ?
where does it extract my war file ?
can the host admin provide ftp access for me?

thank you again

Tomcat applications are uploaded and stored to %plesk_dir%\additional\tomcat\psa-*

can the host admin provide ftp access for me?

it can be done only manually. But all custom FTP settings are ereased by next call of Plesk FTP utility.
