Problem Autoresponder Plesk 12

Hello,
I have a problem with the automatic responses in Plesk 12.

Although we activate the option in each email account answers never come.

The auto-response also is activated in Mailenable.

I read this article:

Which he says that no longer use Plesk Mailenable to send automatic replies. Can it be that Plesk can not send the email permissions on the SMTP or similar?
