Problem FTP to server

Hello, after do a new install am having problem ftp to server
The error from ftp client

' receive error connection reset'
'cooection fail'

Any idea?

How it can be reproduced? Have you tried to investigate logs (http://kb.parallels.com/en/111283)? Do you have open port 21 in your firewall?

Hello thank for your respond. could this be the problem.
127.0.0.1 ns1.domain.com localhost.localdomain localhost

Do I remove ns1.domain.com and restart the names server.
