As you see there's some issue creating de user in database, but i see these users created in mysql ( i deleted manually ).

I've tryed with admin user and with the customer specific user, but same result.

If i remember well before update 10.1.x i've installed without problems aps like drupal or joomla.

Any idea about that ?

SO : Centos 5.5 Final
kernel : Linux hostname 2.6.38.2-xxxx-std-ipv6-64

Looks like that database was not correctly upgraded during Plesk upgrade procedure. Try to repair it with bootstrapper as it is described in KB article.

Hi there IgorG,

tried to run bootstrapper but fails again, output of /tmp/plesk_10.2.0_installation.log :

===> Restoring database from backup /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.10.11.0-10.11.0.20110706-232715.dump.gz

The problem is mysql at where user = "; ?

There the versions of mysql :

mysql.x86_64 5.1.57-3.el5.art installed
mysql-libs.x86_64 5.1.57-3.el5.art installed
mysql-server.x86_64 5.1.57-3.el5.art installed
mysqlclient15.x86_64 5.0.90-1.el5.art installed
php53-mysql.x86_64 5.3.3-1.el5_6.1 installed

Ah !!

I forget to comment this, a message appears when login into phpmyadmin :

Su versión de librería PHP MySQL 5.0.90 es distinta de aquella de su versión de servidor MySQL 5.1.57. Esto puede ocasionar un comportamiento impredecible.

Don't know if related problem, consecuence or maybe other threat ?

There the versions of mysql :

mysql-libs.x86_64 5.1.57-3.el5.art installed

mysqlclient15.x86_64 5.0.90-1.el5.art installed
php53-mysql.x86_64 5.3.3-1.el5_6.1 installed

As you can see there are packages for different mysql versions. Fix it and run bootstrapper repair again.

I've found there's no possibility to update mysqlclient15 anymore with standart repositories.
Adding the atomicorp repo i noticed a version mysqlclient16-5.1.57-1.el5.art.x86_64.rpm, is the package i need to install ?

And how say to psa that need to use these pkg ?
