Problem Migrating form Plesk Unix to Windows

I am trying to migrate from Unix - Plesk 7 Reloaded (7.1.7)
and also tried earlier from Plesk 7.0.4

to migrate to Windows Plesk 7.6.

I tried at least 10 times.. on different IPs, … but always get the same error…



Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Unable to deploy agent for platform 'Plesk' to remote host



Migration.log shows this error.. :
