Problem one site after installation of cloudlinux

Manuel_Caramia

Regular Pleskian
yesterday I have installed CloudLinux on my Centos 6.6 server. Today only my site was not reach. I have contacted cloudlinux support but this problems does not depend from they.
In my personal site I have also WHMCS.
For this issue I try:
http://talk.plesk.com/threa...cgid-cloudlinux-w-psa-mod_fcgid-2-3-9.311729/
Then:
http://talk.plesk.com/threads/nginx-bad-gateway.261367/
I changed size of buffering: http://kb.odin.com/en/118757
And at the end this:
http://talk.plesk.com/threads/error-502-bad-gateway-after-upgrade-to-12.305629/
After that I have the same problem only for one domain.
I need urgently help.
thanks

Hi Manuel_Caramia,

what is the difference to your other thread: http://talk.plesk.com/threads/blank-page-after-cloudlinux-installation.332343/ ?

If you don't include any log - files and depending configuration files, you will hardly find people who can help you and suggestions might not at all solve your issues.

If you need "urgent" help, you might consider opening a support - ticket ( Parallels - Support ), because most of the people here in the forum help the community in their free time and not based on requests and/or jostling.

The difference is in this post I received one reply. I'm desperate. In other post I asked what type of logs I must include. Thank

Hi Manuel_Caramia,

well your issue seems to be part of problems with your WEBSERVERs ( apache and/or nginx ), so it should be clear, to include these logs and probably depending configuration files. :)

Apache:
Code:
[Mon Mar 16 21:54:02 2015] [error] mod_hostinglimits:Error on LVE enter: LVE(10000) HANDLER(fcgid-script) HOSTNAME(www.orderhosting.it) URL(/index.php) TID(11140) errno (7) Read more: http://e.cloudlinux.com/MHL-E2BIG
NGINX:
Code:
2015/03/16 20:40:44 [error] 2360#0: *1 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 95.246.6.18, server: orderhosting.it, request: "GET /index.php HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://192.99.36.73:7080/index.php", host: "www.orderhosting.it", referrer: "http://www.orderhosting.it/"

2015/03/17 16:20:52 [error] 16182#0: *1548 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 79.49.253.132, server: over: orderhosting.it, request: "POST /install/install.php?step=5 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://192.99.36.73:7080/install/install.php?step=5", host: "www.orderhosting.it", referrer: "http://www.orderhosting.it/install/install.php?step=4"
is it enough?

Also in /var/log/httpd/ I found this error:
[Tue Mar 17 21:23:23 2015] [warn] Init: Name-based SSL virtual hosts only work for clients with TLS server name indication support (RFC 4366)
[Tue Mar 17 21:23:23 2015] [warn] No JkLogFile defined in httpd.conf. Using default /etc/httpd/logs/mod_jk.log
[Tue Mar 17 21:23:23 2015] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `Parallels Panel' does NOT match server name!?
For RSA server certificate I found a guide but I'm not sure that is all ok.

Hi Manuel_Caramia,

if you think, that your issues can be solved without the working services, which are currently blocked for your hosting as stated in the error message from your post
Apache:
Code:
[Mon Mar 16 21:54:02 2015] [error] mod_hostinglimits:Error on LVE enter: LVE(10000) HANDLER(fcgid-script) HOSTNAME(www.orderhosting.it) URL(/index.php) TID(11140) errno (7) Read more: http://e.cloudlinux.com/MHL-E2BIG
... I must disappoint you. At the moment, as stated before, ALL PORTS ARE CLOSED on your IP and you can check that with "nmap" and "netstat".

netstat -tuplen

nmap -v -p 80 127.0.0.1 ( to scan port 80, choose other ports like 443,8080,8443 as well... or YOUR CHOICE OF the port usage 7080 )
or/and
nmap -v -p 80 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX ( ( to scan port 80, choose other ports like 443,8080,8443 as well... or YOUR CHOICE OF the port usage 7080 - please replace XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX with your IP for the domain )

... or choose a site like: http://www.dnstools.ch/port-scanner.html for a scan outside of your server environment.

How is it possible that first NGINX worked correctly and after the installation of CLoudLINUX it worked bad?
I think that the problem is that NGINX tried to connect on ports 7080/7081. Why? I have opened this ports in the firewall of plesk panel (both tcp and udp).
In APACHE logs I have:
[Wed Mar 18 12:07:11 2015] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `Parallels Panel' does NOT match server name!?
In NGINX I have:
[error] 16182#0: *1548 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 79.49.253.132, server: over: orderhosting.it, request: "POST /install/install.php?step=5 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://192.99.36.73:7080/install/install.php?step=5", host: "www.orderhosting.it", referrer: "http://www.orderhosting.it/install/install.php?step=4"

If this thread is about your primary domain name NOT functioning, then I have already responded to your other thread.
