Problem Plesk Email dont save emails sent

I have a problem that all emails that are sent are not being recorded in the box for "sent" tried to see settings and everything is ok? can help me in this problem?
I go to webmail and appears all in white always

What webmail are you using? Did you try to switch it to another to check the issue?

Try to reinstall webmail using Plesk autoinstaller.

Check permissions in /var/qmail/mailnames/domain_name/user folder
