Problem renewing Plesk License

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to renew Plesk license but I keep on getting the following error:-

Licensing Server Unreachable: Unable to connect with licensing server.
Please make sure that your network allows communication to ka.sw-soft.com:5224.

My server is behind a firewall Cisco Pix 506E

I've already allow the port 5224 to access my server (in and out) but Plesk still give me the error message.

Anyone with that firewall can share with me the setting? or is it my firewall setting at all?

I am having the same problem with my new licenses... even on a fresh installed server
