Problem secondary ip ftp server connection

Hi everyone,

I have a dedicated server with 2 ips configured on the same network card. I have assigned the second IP to a subscription and when I try to connect via ftp will not let me, always gives me authentication error. However if you put the main server's IP that is assigned to them the rest of subscriptions work properly.

I wonder what is the problem and how to solve it.
