  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.56 Update #4
Hello All

Kind of new to Plesk, but liking it

On thing bugging me.
I often send emails to myself, to either remind myself of something or an automated email to let me know and "event" happened

so i want to send an email from myself. i.e john@example,com to [email protected]

I have done many tests, and the emails although show as sent (in OutLook and webmail (roundCube)), the email is never received? no errors, no bounce, not in spam. nothing.
I have no IP blocking on, no spam filtering, no black listing settings.

Is this a plesk setting, issue, bug OR i am with AWS, is this AWS blocking them for some reason?

All other emails send and receive OK

Thanks

If you are receiving all other external email but not the emails to yourself, it is a very unusual situation.

Please see the Mail Log in Tools & Settings > Log Browser.

Also please note, The AWS EC2s comes with port 25 outgoing blocked.

Thank you all. the logs were showing as rejected due to a faulty DMARC.
I just needed to add to it "p=quarantine;"
All works now, thanks all
