Issue Problem to read/load old emails

Hi all,

A customer reminds us of the following problem: In Outlook or Android, messages that are several months old disappeared from the mail client or displayed but cannot be opened (error message: Could not load message).

When using webmail, there is no such problem.

Accounts are installed in IMAP. There are no synchronization errors.

Do you know where the problem could come from? A setting in the messaging software?

Could this be caused by the Outlook auto-archiver that is set to archive mails older 6 months?

Hello Peter,

I waited for the return of the client. He has more and more problems.
It actually uses in fact Windows "Mail" (with Windows 10), not Outlook.

I asked him to reset application to see if it was not an index problem inside "Mail".

And leave this application and switch to Outlook...
