Problem Updating license Key . URGENT!

i tried to upload new license key for my plesk, but my screen stuck at loading bar, after 30 minutes the page expired. i tried this for times, and everytime it stuck at loading/process bar.

pls, my plesk had expired for few days, i need to upload the license key asap ...

the retrieve key is not working for me as well. ...
