Problem upgrading 9.3 to 9.5.1

I have such error message

Error: Failed to check whether a new license key is available.
Not all packages were installed.
Please, contact product technical support.

Ask KA server for key update: product=PleskLogin current key number=PLSK010476820008 to version=9.5.1
Error: Failed to connect to the licensing server.

Such error still happens for about 8 days

What is the problem ?
 
Make sure that hostname ka.parallels.com is resolvable and accessible from your server.

I try to ping ka.parallels.com through ssh
I've got reply from 64.131.90.38 about 92 ms without problem

Another idea ?

Did you try to disable firewall?
