Problem upgrading from 9.3.0 to 10.0.1

Im tryng to upgrade the server plesk panel but the next message shows up:

An HTTP error occurred:
URL: https://autoinstall.plesk.com/SITEBUILDER_5.0.0/dist-rpm-RedHat-all-all//headers/header.info
Status Code: 404
Error Message: Not Found


Is there some fix for this?

Did you tried upgrade with CLI autoinstaller utility?

I'm getting this exact error; if I go to that site in a browser, the "pp-sitebuilder-default-templates" file does not exist in the list of files.

Does anyone from technical support actually read this forum? I've identified the issue as a missing .hdr file in the /headers directory of the build from https://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.0.1/dist-rpm-RedHat-el4-i386 and nobody's touched the problem or responded.
