Do i need this package? I don't use the WAF or other Atomicorp products.

If you don't use it, the best way is to un-install it:

dpkg --list *modsecurity*
dpkg --remove libapache2-modsecurity plesk-modsecurity-configurator plesk-modsecurity-crs​

or with Plesk - autoinstaller:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component modsecurity​
