Problem with Backup Manager

Dear Support,

I noticed that, when users put checkbox checked "Suspend domain until backup task is completed", then after backup is completed, domains are still suspended.
How can I fix this problem.

I try update to #17.

I still get the following error message

Error: FTP connection failed, please check your FTP settings.
Repository error: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Access denied to remote resource

I upgraded to the latests 11.5 #17, and I still cannot get any backups via FTP
