Hello. I appear to have a problem with the customer and business manager on my plesk.
I've never had it working. once i got plesk..i upgraded to the latest version which installed customer and business manager and it hasn't worked yet.
When viewing plesk remotely from outside of the server..the links are the links of the original hostname like https://win-8032:8443/billing etc and they don't work..i've tried the solution in http://kb.odin.com/en/9296 and it did not do anything.. when accessing plesk from inside the server via RDP..the links work but come up with an error saying
An unexpected error occurred. Please go back and retry your operation. If this error persists, contact Customer and Business Manager administrator.
