Problem with Exchange server & Plesk

Good evening everybody,

I'm currently having a weird problem with Plesk and Exchange server, here is the configuration :
- One web server with Plesk 8.2, all websites hosted there and some clients have their emails there too.
- One exchange server hosted at a different place with the email of one client which have its website on our plesk server.

The problem is : we cannot send emails from the exchange server to the other clients who have their emails on Plesk.

Of course I already stopped the mail service for this client on the Plesk but error is still there

Did you already experienced this problem ?

I hope that my explanations are clear enough (and my english too ;-) )

What about the local DNS on the Plesk server?

I already tested and i have the same problem with :
- Local DNS parameters disabled for this specific domain
- Local DNS parameters enabled for this specific domain and mail.domain.com pointing to the exchange server
