Question Problem with installing APCU on Ubuntu 20.04

Plesk Obsidian Web Admin Edition Versione 18.0.47
Hi everyone, i'm tryng to install apcu extension on Ubuntu 20.04 in the command i put this
sudo apt-get install -y php-apcu
i receive this message
"php-apcu is already the newest version (5.1.21+4.0.11-7ubuntu1)."
How can i solve it?
I need Apcu because i work with prestashop
Someone could help me please

when i made this
apt install plesk-php74-dev build-essential, then /opt/plesk/php7.4/bin/pecl install apcu
i receive this message -bash: /opt/plesk/php7.4/bin/pecl: No such file or directory
