  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

PROBLEM WITH MAIL #smtp #auth #mta #igor

Hi!

Since MU #9 on Plesk 11.5.30 most of you got the Problem with email authentification via smtp relay. Btw, it doesn't matter if you use postfix or qmail, cause with both mta you got this problem.

Igor, btw. he do a great job here, show up a workaround with "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam" (Link1).

Till then most of you got the same issue, like in this post: Link 2, Link 3.

Maybe, sometimes it could be helpfull to search instead writing a new post... but we can see, many plesk installations have this problem.

So, IGOR, could you find us a solution? Could you ask in your company how have a solution? It is very annoying and unprofessional, if after every MU we have Problems with emails!

Please check it and give us a solution as soon as possible!
