Problem with mailgroup

    My client configured the mailgroup for the account financeiro@workcopy.com.br and added three accounts there. The problem is that it stops working and my client needs time to log onto the financeiro@workcopy.com.br enter into mailgroup give a switch off and then switch On to return to work.

    How can I solve this problem?
