Problem with MSSQL WebAdmin on Plesk Panel 11.5

When I try to use webadmin, I see next error:

I try to use next command, to fix:
---------------------------------------------------
"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --reconfigure-mssql-webadmin-site
---------------------------------------------------

But I have the same problem. How can I fix this?
