Problem with patch 23

when trying to do the patch I get the following error in the log:

Access is denied. (Error code 5) at retrieves attributes for file or directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\smb\application\resources\languages\ja-JP\components\file-sharing\.aiupd_7278
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

When I go to this directory I do not see that file listed.
