Problem with PHP5 as fcgid

Hallo,
I´ve installed mod_fcgid and PHP5 as it´s described in here http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41777 and here http://kb.mediatemple.net/article.php?id=260

My Problem now is, that when I´m opening a .php5 Site I only get "500 Internal Server Error"

In the error logfile of the vhohost I get

Premature end of script headers: info.php5

In the /var/log/apache2/suexec.log , first I get

[2007-04-13 10:43:57]: uid: (10001/ftp-01) gid: (2524/2524) cmd: info2.php5
[2007-04-13 10:43:57]: file has no execute permission: (/var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/httpdocs/info2.php5)

After chmod 744 /var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/httpdocs/info2.php5

I get this in /var/log/apache2/suexec.log

[2007-04-13 12:03:52]: uid: (10001/ftp-01) gid: (2524/2524) cmd: info2.php5

In /var/log/apache2/error.log I found this

[Fri Apr 13 13:37:34 2007] [notice] mod_fcgid: server /var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/httpdocs/info2.php5(30094) started
[Fri Apr 13 13:37:40 2007] [notice] mod_fcgid: process /var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/httpdocs/info2.php5(30094) exit(communication error), terminated by calling exit(), return code: 255

If I try "/var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/bin/php5 /var/www/vhosts/meine-domain.de/httpdocs/info2.php5" I get the right "HTLM-Output" on the Console.

Have anybody an idea, what went wrong on my server?

More Infos about the Server you can find under http://www.spackentreff.de/info2.txt
This is the Output of the php5 command some lines above.

Thank you!
