Problem with plesk after Update

After I have done the update I can't see any settings in plesk,
I get this error when I want to access it
"Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details.

Internal Plesk error occurred: MySQL query failed: Table 'psa.itmpl_data' doesn't exist"

any idea what it could be?
