Problem with PLesk Migration Manager for plesk 8.3

Hello,
I am having difficulties in transferring data from one server to another through the Plesk Manage Migration.
the pmm83_build080211.17.msi installed on this server, the server and pmm_agent_build080211.17.msi source. When I move the problem occurs:

"Error: Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Network connection failed. Can not connect to Plesk Migration Agent on the remote host."

I tried to install the version Plesk Migration Manager 1.12.1, but without success.
I disable the firewall in the two servers.

Please, can you help me?

Hi,
Did you start Migration agent on the source server?
Also check the article. The error message is not the same, but it can help to find out the reason of the error.
