Problem with Promotional Footers

Hi Guys,

For some reason, I cannot add a promotional footer to my clients sites. I could do it previously in Version 3, but for some reason when I check system information > Plan Info, there is a red "X" next to: Ability to place promotional footers on sites.

Could someone please tell me the reason for this?

There is no feature 'promotional footer' feature in version 3. It was added only in SB 4.0.0 To get this feature turned on you must request new license, so contact sales for more information.
