Problem with sending E-Mail

Fabhino22Elz

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

i have a Problem with sending an E-Mail to a Customer.

I try to send it with my info@adress to the the adress [email protected]

But if i send it, it comes in at my info@adress.

First i thought it is a problem with the responder so we asked him if there is any problem by recieving our emails.

He answered with no and said there must be a problem with our email system. Further he send us this informations here:

# grep [email protected] maillog
Oct 4 15:47:03 japanwelt1 postfix/smtp[1327]: 5C2071840380: to=[email protected], relay=webmail.yourshoppartner.de[82.165.207.126]:25, delay=0.69, delays=0.21/0/0.16/0.32, dsn=4.7.1, status=deferred (host webmail.yourshoppartner.de[82.165.207.126] said: 451 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later (in reply to DATA command))
Oct 4 15:54:53 japanwelt1 postfix/smtp[2101]: 5C2071840380: to=[email protected], relay=webmail.yourshoppartner.de[82.165.207.126]:25, delay=471, delays=471/0/0.1/0.39, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 425752D4E25)

But the service is not unavailable. I can recieve and send mails to any other client.

So what could be the problem here?

Greetings

Hi YourShopPartner,

did you see the additional links at the bottom of the HUB - KB - article?

Apart from that, your provided log shows a "greylisting" - error, but the message has still been successfully delivered:
... saved mail to INBOX

Pls. consider to open a NEW bugreport, if you think that this error should be reported and under investigation:
