Problem with Upgrade from 8.0.1 Fedora Core 2

I have tried installing 8.1 from the command line and from the "Updater", with out success. I keep getting the following error. The strange thing is that when I log into Plesk it now says 8.1. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Incase anyone in interested. I ended up doing a backup and restore of the server and moving to Ubuntu, as I was unable to figure this problem out.
