Problème installation 12.5 Plesk back-office non fonctionnel

Bonjour,

Suite à la mise à jour sur la version 12.5 sur :
Version Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS 6
OS CentOS 6.7 (Final)

J'ai un problème de mise à jour, les sites restent fonctionnels, mais l'admin de Plesk n'est plus fonctionnel.
J'ai juste le menu "Sites Web et Domaines" fonctionne.
Impossible d'accéder "Outils & Paramètres", Extensions", Base de données, etc.
J'ai une page blanche.

J'ai regarder les divers post et aide Plesk mais je ne trouve pas la solution.

J'ai une mise à jour à faire au niveau des composants "Plesk" et "SELinux Policy" mais j'ai toujours le message d'erreur suivant :

Plesk Version 6 v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS
OS CentOS 6.7 (Final)

I have an update problem, the sites remain functional, but the admin Plesk is no longer functional.
I have just the "Websites and Domains" menu function.
Can not access "Tools & Settings" Extensions ", Database, etc.
I have a blank page.

I look at the various post and using Plesk, but I can not find the solution.

I have an update to component level "Plesk" and "SELinux Policy" but I still have the following error message:

Have you tried to repair installation with

# plesk repair installation

?
 
Please follow the below steps:
Seems both 12.0 and 12.5 packages are present on the server

1) rpm -qa | grep 12.0.18 > /root/a.txt
2) open /root/a.txt remove all non-plesk related packages.
3) After that run the below command.

cat /root/a.txt | xargs -I % rpm -e % --nodeps

4) Install microupdate:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base


5) check the settings again.

I have an error when I re-run the install Plesk

N) Next; Prevent ; Q) Cancel the installation;

A) Select all; D) Select None;

Enter a number for component switcher or to see the group;

Type a number or character of the desired action [N]: N

Collects information about the installed license key ...

Launch Component auditors ...

Make sure that you have installed corresponding system packages:

# rpm -qf /usr/lib/libxmlrpc_server.so.3
xmlrpc-c-1.16.24-1210.1840.el6.i686

As you can see file /usr/lib/libxmlrpc_server.so.3 is a part of xmlrpc-c package. Make sure that you have this file and package correctly installed.
 
rpm -qa | grep core

Can you please update the result of the above command here
It seems both 12.0 and 12.5 packages are present on the server

If both 12.0 and 12.5 packages on the server, please follow the steps in my first post

# rpm -qf /usr/lib/libxmlrpc_server.so.3

FYI, yesterday I could do # plesk repair installation

However this had not solved the problem.

Now I no longer works here is the error message:

# plesk repair installation

/usr/bin/sw-engine: error while loading shared libraries: libxmlrpc_server.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

exit status 127

Customers sites are still functional but I have an error on access to the Plesk interface now: 502 Gateway Bab nginx

Have you installed xmlrpc-c package with missing /usr/lib/libxmlrpc_server.so.3 file?

I launched the command # yum install xmlrpc-c

Configuration of the installation process
The xmlrpc-c-1.16.24-1210.1840.el6.x86_64 package is already installed in its latest version
Nothing to do

Then I launched the command: # / bin / sh ./plesk-installer


The validation component has detected at least one major problem:
