Probleme with Plesk Services in Disk Space, DNS Service

Hello Members

i have install Parallels Plesk Panel 9.2.1 for Microsoft Windows
we have hosted various domain using plesk service
there is most issue with disk quota
1> we have hosted mydomain.com & allocated 500 MB space to this domain, we dont even created any mail boxs or database. but domain get automatic suspended

The following resource limits were exceeded on domain 'mydomain.com', owned by user account 'myServers':

Disk space: 594.75 MB used / 500.00 MB limit

The domain was suspended.

but when we count files which is actual 200 MB still its get automatic suspend
any body can help me to resolved this issue

there was Plesk DNS service on the server but we have notice that some of domains dns entry get deleted automatically from DNS folder
so we have shift to service Microsoft DNS

but same issue automatically DNS entry get deleted
so we need to always DNS Service switch off & on back
then this records get created in dns entry

Please help me resolved this issue
