Hi, (First of all sorry for my english, im using google translate)

Before yesterday I deleted -by mistake- a domain name (dsysmaroc.net). And i just remarked that was the same domain name that I use as host name for my server (to access the panel : dsysmaroc.net:8443).

and since I can not access my panel

All hosted website are accessible, and all DNS Zones are correct, but not the access panel on port 8443.

I restarted the psa but nothing works.

can any one help me ? and thanks at first.

Nabilo you can still access the control panel with the IP address. Ie http://ip-address:8443/
