Problems after Udating from 11.0 to 11.5

after Upgrading from 11.0 to 11.5 i have some problems:

1. the daily backups are incomplete:

Cannot dump database content 'wordpress_3' of type 'mysql'
Error:
Cannot backup content of database 'wordpress_3'. The mysqldump utility has returned '2'.
STDERR: mysqldump: Got error: 1146: Table 'wordpress_3.wp_ngg_album' doesn't exist when using LOCK TABLES​

2. the panel-update occurs an error:

Execution failed.
Command: ai.exe

[2] => --select-release-current

)

Details: ERROR: Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/products.inf3:

Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/versions.inf3:
Empty reply from server
Not all packages were installed.
Please resolve this issue and try installing the packages again.

3. web_statistics_executor.exe occurs an error

it seems that database wordpress_3 is corrupt, try repairing it on old server first then try upgrade again.

First of all: there is no "old server".
the database works fine. The database "wordpress_3" is just an example. The failure occurs with all databases we have on server.
And also every database works fine.

But since update no database can be backup´d.

Make sure that Microsoft Windows User Account Control system (UAC) is disabled on server.

UAC is completely disabled (server also rebooted). Still having the same problems.
Tried to change some email configuration; get following error:

Unable to start ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\mailmng.exe" --set-catchall "--domain-name=domain.com" "[email protected]"): (5) Access is denied.
