• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Problems enabling FrontPage extenstions on domain

(This is different than Passie's problem elsewhere on this forum...)

We just migrated a bunch of domains to a 7.5.3 server. A user is having problems connecting via FrontPage. I SSH in and see that the only line in his /usr/local/frontpage config file is:

SendmailCommand: /var/qmail/bin/sendmail

So, it's missing a ton of info. I go into Plesk and disable FP, and the config file goes away. I enable FrontPage, and the file is back. Unfortunately, it's the same thing - just the sendmail line, with nothing else. I try pulling the info out of another (working) domain's config file & changing the important information), but I still can't connect via FrontPage. I get the standard error telling me that FrontPage isn't installed, etc.

Anybody know how to fix this?
