Problems Installing 8.1 As Upgrade On Freebsd 4.11

I am trying to install this on 4.11

When I run the install, I get to this point ... Notice the "missing" files ... It of course, dies ... WHY!??!

The same problem is in 6.1 release...it is suppose to be supported, could you solve your problem?
