problems on ec2 instance and plesk (Centos)

Hi Guys,

I have created a new ec2 instance on amazon with centOS. I have created on simple one. Without the bundle plesk one they have on market place.

After that i installed plesk successfully but now I cannot access it. The reason I did not picked on instance at market place was because I just wanted to test it first and in this instance I will host other applications as well.

https://<my_elastic_ip>:8443/

what should I do to make it work?
