Problems with backup sizes

LeroyA

New Pleskian
We have a problem with the size of backup from websites. The standard size of a backup is 23,5 Mb and is included in the cliënt quota, but the real size of the backup is just 13 or 14 kb. Because some clients have a disk limit of 100Mb for example Plesk is sending them mail that the limit is exceeded en keeps sending those emails. We had contact about this problem with our server administrator and they came with the following remark:
"What is the explanation of the backup settings, in which the backup settings only backups the hosting details and not the actually client data? And is it possible to exclude the backups from the clients quota?" We hope somebody has an answer for this.

Hi,

Please check the backup configuration settings, whether content is included in it. It gives out checkbox to ensure what type of backup is needed, only configuration or only both the configuration as well as content. Please check this setting in the Settings and Tools >> Backup setting.
