Problems with new domains

When i create a domain it doesnt show my external IP and therefore FTP anf mail doesnt work i have 13 domains out of 30 allowed so its not that.What can cause it?

Hi.

When you create the new domain it is assigned to some client. The client has its own IP pool defined in Plesk CP > Clients > IP pool. If the server is behind the NAT the private IP assigned to the domain by default. If it is your case please see the following article:
