Problems with subdomains after plesk upgrade

Hi, a 3 days ago I update plesk from 10.3 do 10.4.4 (by console), and after this I have some problems with some my subdomains.
I have subdomains like home.domain.com, but after upgrade in panel is show www.home.domain.com, now domain home.domain.com don't work (can't find a site) , but www.home.domain.com is working correct.
When I want create in plesk subdomain home.domain.com I have information "The subdomain with such name already exists.".
I check the plesk sql and I find some entries in it, but I can't edit everything, but some of it is encoded as binary data.
This same problem I have with 3 sudomains in 3 differents domain.

I try:

/usr/local/psa/bin/subdomain -r -subdomains home -domain domain.com
An error occurred during domain removal: Domain 'home.domain.com' does not belong to any customer

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng --remove-vhost --vhost-name=home.domain.com
WARNING: You are using obsolete option, use corresponding option of httpdmng.

but without result.

OS: Centos 5.6 64bit
