problems with webmail

problems with email

i have a problem with the email server, i can send emails from webmail, or outlook to another adress in another server but if i try to send email to the address i never receive the emai.

the server, the default address is capable of sending emails, i receive emails from plesk panel.

some idea?

Have you setup the name servers for the domain name to point to your servers IP address?
